عنوان فارسی بررسی تأثیر تعادل کار و زندگی بر رضایت شغلی و تعهد حرفه‌ای آموزشگران کشاورزی استان تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف کلی این پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی، بررسی تأثیر تعادل کار و زندگی بر رضایت شغلی و تعهد حرفه­ای آموزشگران کشاورزی استان تهران می­باشد. جامعه آماری شامل آموزشگران (تخصصی و عمومی) کشاورزی هنرستان‌ها و مرکزهای آموزش کشاورزی استان تهران بود (170=N).حجم نمونه از طریق جدول گرجسی و مورگان 118تن تعیین شدکه به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای با انتخاب متناسب برگزیده شدند. ابزار سنجش تعادل بین کار و زندگی، مقیاس ونگ و کو، ابزار سنجش رضایت شغلی، مقیاس رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا و ابزار سنجش تعهد حرفه­ای، مقیاس تعهد شغلی یلاو بود. تحلیل همبستگی نشان دادکه بین تعادل کار و زندگی با رضایت شغلی و تعهد حرفه­ای آموزشگران کشاورزی همبستگی مثبت معنی داری وجود دارد. نتیجه ی رگرسیون ترتیبی نیز نشان دادکه بین تعادل کار و زندگی حدود 38 درصد از احتمال تغییرات رضایت شغلی و 42 درصداز احتمال تغییرات تعهد حرفه­ای را تبیین می­کند. از بین مؤلفه­های تعادل کار و زندگی ،جهت­گیری زندگی و نگهداری کار و حرفه به ترتیب بر رضایت شغلی  و مؤلفه­های وفاداری به کار، نگهداری کار و حرفه و انعطاف­پذیری برنامه کاری بر تعهد حرفه­ای مؤثر هستند. آموزشگران هنرستان­ها و مرکزهای آموزش کشاورزی از نظر میزان تعادل کار و زندگی تفاوت معنی­داری نداشتند اما از لحاظ رضایت شغلی و تعهد حرفه­ای آموزشگران هنرستان های کشاورزی از آموزشگران مرکزهای آموزش کشاورزی تفاوت داشتند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigate the Effect of Work - Life Balance, On the Job Satisfaction and the Professional Commitment of Agricultural Teachers in Tehran Province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The overall goal of this descriptive- correlative study was to investigate the effect of work - life balance, on the job satisfaction and the professional commitment of agricultural teachers in Tehran province. Statistical population included agricultural teachers (expert and general) of the conservatories and agricultural teachers centers of Tehran province (N=170), that 118 people of them were selected based on Krejci and Morgan as sample by the method of Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The tool for measuring the work - life balance was the Wang and Ku scale, the tool of career satisfaction measurement was the job satisfaction of MINESOTA and the tool for measuring the professional commitment was the scale of Belav job commitment. The results showed that there is a significant correlation between the work-life balance and the job satisfaction-professional commitment of agricultural teachers.The results of ordinal regression showed that the work-life balance explained about 38 percent of job satisfaction variance and 42 percent of professional commitment. Among the elements of work-life balance, the life orientation and job and career maintenance effect on the job satisfaction respectively and the elements of loyalty to the job, maintenance of the job and career and the flexibility of work plan effect on the professional commitment. The teachers of conservatories and the agricultural teachers centers did not have significant difference in terms of the work- life balance quantity but in terms of the job satisfaction and the professional commitment they were different.
