عنوان فارسی شناسایی پروژه های بهبود با محوریت مدیریت مصرف انرژی در بیمارستان و اولویت بندی آنها با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی (FAHP)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: از آنجاکه مصرف انرژی به ازای هر متر مربع در بیمارستانها بیشتر از انواع دیگر موسسات خدماتی است، در این تحقیق با تعریف و اولویت­ بندی پروژه­های بهبود مصرف انرژی در بیمارستان، اقداماتی در راستای بهینه­ سازی آن انجام شد. مواد و روشها: لزوم بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی بر اساس شاخصهای میانگین مصرف و هزینه آب، برق و گاز به ازای تخت روزاشغالی و تخت فعال تشریح شده و در بیمارستان مورد مطالعه این شاخصها محاسبه گردید. سپس، اقدامات بهبود با کمک ممیزی انرژی، مصاحبه با خبرگان بیمارستان و تحقیقات انجام شده در بیمارستانها شناسایی شد. در ادامه، پروژه های بااهمیت بالا براساس میزان تاثیر بر روی شاخصهای مصرف انرژی، نظر خبرگان، تجمیع پروژه ها، امکان پذیری و محدودیت های پیش نیازی، همزمانی و پس نیازی مشخص گردید. درنهایت، معیارهای خاص در سه بعد معیارهای تاثیر بر میزان مصرف انرژی، تلاش برای اجرای پروژه و ریسک شناسایی و پروژه ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه و روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی اولویت بندی شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد مصرف انرژی در بیمارستان مذکور بالاتر از استاندارد جهانی بوده و لزوم بهینه­ سازی مصرف انرژی و استفاده از سیستم­های مدیریت انرژی در بیمارستان مذبور ثابت شد. براساس نتایج اولویت­ بندی پروژه­های با رتبه­ های اول تا چهارم مشخص شدند. نتیجه گیری:صرفه­ جویی در مصرف انرژی از طریق اجرای پروژه­های بهبود در بیمارستانها ضروری به نظر می­رسد. اما با توجه به تعداد و محدودیت منابع، بیمارستانها می­توانند با متد پیشنهادی براساس اولویت و بودجه موجود، هر ساله تعداد پروژه­هایی با ریسک و دوره بازگشت سرمایه کمتر جهت اجرا انتخاب نماید

عنوان انگلیسی Identifying Improvement Projects Based on Energy Consumption Management in Hospital and Prioritizing Them Using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Since, energy consumption per square meter in hospitals is much higher than other types of service institutions; in this study, some actions performed toward optimizing energy consumption improvement projects based on the definition and prioritization in hospital. Materials and Methods: The necessity of optimizing energy consumption in hospitals were described according to some scales including the average consumption and cost of water, electricity and gas for bed days and active bed, and these indices calculated in the case. Then, improvement actions were identified using energy audit, interviews with hospital experts and conducted studies in hospitals. Next, projects with high importance were extracted regarding to impact on energy consumption indices, expert opinion, aggregation, feasibility, and limitations such as prerequisite, synchronicity and post-requisite. Finally, specific criteria were identified in three dimensions, i.e., factors affecting the level of energy consumption, trying to execute project and risk and the projects were prioritized using questionnaire and FAHP. Results: The study results revealed that energy consumption was higher than the world standards in the studied hospital; this confirmed the necessity of optimizing energy consumption and using energy management systems. The results of prioritization also showed the first four priorities. Conclusion: It seems necessary to save energy consumption through improvement projects implementation in the hospitals. Regarding the number and resources limitation, hospitals can choose to implement some low risk and payback period projects based on existing priority and budget annually.
