عنوان فارسی ارائه مدل عوامل موثر بر قصد تسهیم دانش پزشکان بر اساس تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده در بیمارستانهای آموزشی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه وهدف: مقاله حاضربا هدف بررسی عوامل موثربرقصد تسهیم دانش درراستای پیش بینی رفتار تسهیم دانش پزشکان دربیمارستانهای آموزشی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران می‌پردازد واز معتبرترین مدل های پیش بینی رفتاربه نام مدل رفتاربرنامه ریزی شده بعنوان چارچوب نظری تحقیق استفاده گردید.مواد وروش ها: روش این تحقیق توصیفی/پیمایشی ازنوع همبستگی وجامعه آماری تحقیق پزشکان شاغل دربیمارستانهای آموزشی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران می‌باشند.ابزارجمع آوری داده هاپرسشنامه می باشدکه با استفاده ازنرم افزارهایLisrelوSPSS تجزیه وتحلیل گردید.جهت تعیین روایی ازتحلیل عاملی تاییدی وبرای سنجش پایایی ازآلفای کرونباخ و بمنظور آزمون فرضیات تحقیق از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته ها: توان پیش بینی مدل برای قصد تسهیم دانش پزشکانR2= 0.66می باشد.نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر نگرش برقصد تسهیم دانش،معنادار ومثبت با بار عاملیβ= 0.87می باشد.اماتاثیرهنجارهای ذهنی وکنترل رفتاردرک شده برقصدتسهیم دانش تایید نشد.تاثیرهنجارهای ذهنی بر نگرش مثبت ومعنادار با بار عاملی0.55 β=ارزیابی شد ودر نتیجه هنجارهای ذهنی به طور غیر مستقیم بامیانجی گری نگرش برقصد تسهیم دانش تاثیر دارند. تمام آزمونها درسطح P≤0.01معنی داربوده اند.نتیجه گیری: بنا بریافته های این تحقیق جهت ارتقاءرفتارتسهیم دانش پزشکان،لازم است متولیان بهداشت ودرمان کشور اقدامات اصلاحی بهبود نگرش وهنجارهای ذهنی پزشکان را دردستورکارقراردهند.

عنوان انگلیسی Offering a model on factors affecting physicians'knowledge-sharing intention based on the theory of planned behavior in teaching hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Current paper aims at investigating factors affecting physicians'knowledge-sharing intention in teaching hospitals affiliated to Tehran University-Medical Sciences in which one of the most authentic model of behavior prediction namely planned behavior has been used as the theoretical framework of study. Materials and Methods: The method of current study is descriptive/survey correlational type and statistical society includes physicians employed in hospitals affiliated to Tehran University-Medical Sciences.Date was collected by questionnaires and analyzed using Lisrel&SPSS software.Confirmatory factor analysis was employed to evaluate consistency,Cronbach's alpha was used to assess reliability and structural equation modeling was used to fit the model and test hypotheses. Results: Prediction power of model for knowledge-sharing intention of physicians is(R2=0.66)The results suggested that impact of attitude on the knowledge-sharing intention is positive and significant with factor loading of(=0.87)However,influence of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on the knowledge-sharing intention was not confirmed.Influence of subjective norms on attitude were evaluated positive and significant with factor loading of(=0.55)As a result, subjective norms affect knowledge-sharing intention through indirect mediation of attitude.All tests were significant at the level of(P0.01). Conclusion: According to findings of this research on improvement of knowledge-sharing behavior of physicians, health authorities need to take corrective measures to enhance the attitude and subjective norms of physician.
